摘要
文中主要通过对各时间段的各类数据进行分析,建立数据规划图、网运流程示意图等,结合SWOT分析、综合运用企业内部调查结果作出的图表分析等内容,简洁明了的阐述了当前金华邮政速递网运能力的发展现状和对未来的展望。此外,还对网运流程中的不足之处提出了对策方法,最终旨在为中国邮政速递在该行业内保持竞争力提供一个方向。
This paper analyses all kinds of data in different time, the paper builds up the data plans, network operation process diagram and so on. Later, it combines with the SWOT analysis, and the result of the internal enterprise investigation which is used for the tabular analysis to state the development status and the future prospects of the Jinhua EMS. At length, the paper offers some suggests to solve the problems.
