摘要
从评价教师教学质量的角度出发,分析了高校目前教师教学质量评价模式的现状,结合评价原则,给出了教学评价模式改革的进一步划分,提出了评价模式方法改革的步骤,为提高教学质量提升评价的合理性提供帮助与参考。
The current situation of teachers' teaching quality evaluation model is studied in the university from the perspective of evaluation of teacher's teaching quality, combining evaluation principle, the teaching evaluation model reform is studied, further steps to reform evaluation model method was presented, in order to improve the teaching quality evaluation and to provide help and reference.
