摘要
文中通过建立两类回收商群体和政府组成的策略选择演化博弈模型,定量分析引导两类回收商良性发展的政府政策手段的有效性,得出结论:影响系统演化到理想状态的因素包括政府对正规回收商提升处理水平的奖励补贴、正规回收商采取"转型升级"策略时的收益、非正规回收群体从正规回收商群体中得到的技术溢出收益。
An evolutionary game model of strategy selection between government and two kinds of recyclers is established in this article,and analyzed the effect of management method for stimulating the healthy development of recyclers. The article shows the influence factors stimulating system evolve into an ideal state include subside from government,informal recyclers＇ earnings and innovation overflow ratio.
