摘要
电力企业具有资本密集型企业的性质,在运营成本的构成当中,物流成本所占比例较高,物流管理的高成本、低效率导致电力企业的电力生产、成本控制及工程进度都有负面影响。文中分析了我国电力公司物流管理现状,并有针对性地提出了推动电力物流管理发展建议。
As a capital intensive and capital intensive enterprise,electric power logistics cost in the operation cost of a large proportion,logistics management directly affect the power production safety,cost and project progress. This paper analyzes the current situation of China＇s electric power company logistics management,and puts forward some suggestions to promote the development of electric power logistics management.
