摘要
基于我国食品安全现状和食品安全的需求,分析了洞庭湖银鱼物流存在的问题,建立了银鱼溯源系统,包括信息的采集和标识、HACCP体系及溯源点的选择、银鱼生产供应链结构和溯源数据库的设计等。
Based on the situation of food safety in China,this paper analysis the logistics problems of Dongting Lake whitebait,established the whitebait traceability system,including information collection and identification system,HACCP and the source point selection,whitebait production supply chain structure and source of the database design etc.
