In the competitive market,reducing the cost and increasing profit margin has been the first choice for logistics enterprises to seek. This is the logistics costs in the 70 century,Twentieth years after being seen as ＂the third source of profit＂value. The logistics cost of the third party logistics distribution company is often considered to be one of the factors which occupy the high cost of management and control the logistics cost. This paper mainly introduces the definition and function of logistics,and also expounds the distribution mode.
