浅析福建省农产品冷链物流发展现状及对策

Analysis of the Development and Countermeasures of Agricultural Products Cold Chain Logistics in Fujian Province

随着经济快速的发展及国民消费观念的改变,人们对于农产品的数量以及质量要求不断的提高,加快发展农产品冷链物流已经成为降低农产品损失,保证其质量的必要手段。福建省作为海峡西岸经济区的主体,是我国农副产品主要产区之一,拥有丰富农产品的资源,包括粮食、油料、蔬菜、园林水果、茶叶、食用菌、畜产品、水产品等。文中通过分析福建省农产品冷链物流现状,指出目前福建省农产品冷链物流存在的问题,并提出相应的解决对策。

With the rapid development of economy and the change of the concept of national consumption,it is necessary to improve the quality of agricultural products,and to speed up the development of agricultural products. Fujian Province,as the main body of the economic zone of the west side of the Straits,is one of the main producing areas of China＇s agricultural and sideline products,with rich agricultural resources,including food,oil,vegetables,garden fruits,tea,edible fungus,livestock products,aquatic products,etc.. Through analyzing the present situation of agricultural products cold chain logistics in Fujian Province,this paper points out the problems existing in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in Fujian Province,and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures.
