Problems and Countermeasures of High-Skilled Talents Training of Cold Chain Logistics from Perspective of Industrial Upgrading——Case on Guangdong Province

产业升级对冷链物流高技能人才需求旺盛,高技能人才培养非常关键。文中以广东省作为个案,首先阐述冷链物流人才含义,然后分析广东冷链物流高技能人才培养的现状,探讨冷链物流高技能人才培养存在的问题。最后,论文提出加强广东冷链物流高技能人才培养的对策。

High-skilled talents of cold chain logistics are needed strongly during the process of industrial upgrading. Thus it can be seen that the training of high- skilled talents of cold chain logistics is very important. By case of Guangdong province,this paper firstly explains the connotation of cold chain logistics personnel and then analyzes the present situation of high- skilled talents of cold chain logistics in Guangdong and discusses the training problems. Finally,the paper puts forth the countermeasures to strengthening the training of high- skilled talents of cold chain logistics.
