卓越工程师人才培养实验课程体系研究

Research on the Experimental System of Excellence Engineers

目前,企业对卓越工程师能力特别是创新及工程实践能力要求进一步提高,要求高校在对卓越工程师人才培养的过程中特别要注重实验、实践能力的培养。然而高校对其开设的实验课程仍然大部分依托于普通学生的实验课程,针对性较弱,这种基本的、立足于对课本知识理解的实验设计及其课程体系已不能满足要求。针对这一问题,文中研究适合于卓越工程师人才培养的实验课程体系。

At present,enterprises have higher standard for the capacity of excellence engineers,especially their innovative and engineering practical abilities,which should cultivated in colleges and universities that emphasize experiments and practical abilities. In contrary,the experimental curriculum which mostly oriented to ordinary students instead of specialists fails to meet such standards because their experimental designs as well as course systems are only focus on the textbook. Thus,the aim of this paper is to figure out suitable experimental course systems for cultivation of excellence engineers.
