摘要
高职教育以培养应用型人才为目的,为此许多高职院校采取了"2+1"人才培养模式。经过近十年的实践,发现该培养模式在学生的应用能力方面得到了锻炼和提升,但是,还存在创造能力不够、后期就业能力不强、创业能力不高等问题。为此,文中就"2+1"人才培养模式对高职生就业带来的影响来进行探讨。
Higher vocational education was to train applied talents for the purpose,for many vocational colleges adopted＂2＋ 1＂teaching mode. After nearly 10 years,students in＂2 ＋ 1＂teaching mode had got exercise and improvement. However,there were late creation ability,employment ability was not strong,business ability was not high. Therefore,in this paper,employment influence of ＂2 ＋ 1＂teaching mode bring to vocational college student was discussed.
