摘要
应用型本科院校的办学特点是注重培养学生的实践应用能力,这对教师开展实践教学的能力提出了更高要求。基于学校与教师之间的委托代理关系,考虑教师的互惠性特质分析是提升教师实践教学能力的激励机制。研究表明:互惠偏好对教师努力程度的影响不是绝对的;在互惠偏好一定时,提升教师的努力程度,更为重要的是提高教师的互惠敏感系数和学校对教师友善度评价。文中提出通过引导教师互惠需求、加强实践教学全过程监督和平衡教学与科研关系等来促进教师在提升实践教学能力的努力。
The feature of the application- oriented university is pay attention to cultivate the students' practical application ability,thus bring an urgent need to improve practice teaching ability of faculty Based on the principal- agent relationship between the university and teacher,this paper analyses the incentive mechanism for promoting practice teaching ability of faculty as considering the reciprocity characteristics of faculty. The study shows the reciprocity preference influence the effort of faculty is not absolute,and when reciprocity preference fulfils some conditions,more important is to improve the reciprocity coefficient of the faculty and the evaluation of friendliness to promoting teachers' effort. Then in this paper,the solutions include lead the faculty‘s reciprocity need,strengthen the process supervision in practice teaching and balance the relationship between teaching and research have been put forward to promoting practice teaching ability of faculty.
