摘要 目的探讨CT值测量对泌尿结石化学成分预测的可能性。方法对30例单纯化学成分结石且直径>10mm泌尿结石患者采用螺旋CT在120、80kV电压下扫描,测量其结石CT值。结果 30例患者结石化学成分草酸钙为主12例、磷酸钙为主5例、尿酸为主5例、磷酸镁氨5例、胱氨酸3例。80、120kV电压下各化学成分结石CT值比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);80kV电压下各化学成分结石CT值不重叠,120kV电压下草酸钙与磷酸钙、胱氨酸结石CT值有部分重叠。结论通过CT值测量可以预测单纯泌尿系结石化学成分,80kV电压较120kV电压更能准确判断结石化学成分。 Objective To investigate the possibility of CT value for predicting urinary stone composition. Methods Spiral CT scan was performed at 120 kV and 80 kV in 30 patients with u- rinary stones greater than 10 mm in diameter to determine the CT value of stones. Results The main chemical composition of stones was calcium oxalate in 12 patients, calcium phosphate in 5 patients,uric acid in 5 patients, magnesium ammonium phosphate in 5 patients, and cystine in 3 patients. There were significant differences in CT values of different chemical compositions of stones between 120 kV and 80 kV (P〈0.05 or P〈0.01). At 80 kV,no CT value overlaps were found among stones with different chemical compositions. However,CT value of calcium oxalate stones partially overlapped that of calcium phosphate or cystine stones. Conclusion CT value can simply predict urinary stone composition, and CT scan at 80 KV is more accurate than that at 120 kV for determining the chemical compositions of stones.
