高职高专基层党组织群众工作能力建设的思考

On Construction of the Mass Work Ability of the Basic Level Party Organizations in Higher Vocational Colleges

做好群众工作既是高职高专基层党组织的重要职责,更是服务群众、促进和谐、推动发展、发挥党组织政治核心作用的重要保证。本文以"高职高专基层党组织群众工作调查问卷"为依托,厘清高职高专基层党组织群众工作的新趋势、新变化和新问题,对高职高专基层党组织群众工作能力建设进行探索。

Good masses work is an important responsibility of basic level Party organizations in vocational colleges,and is an important guarantee to serve the people,to promote harmony and development,and to play the political core role of the party organization as well. this paper,based on the questionnaire on＂the Mass Work of Basic Level Party Organizations in Vocational College＂,clarifies the new trends,new changes and new problems of the basic level Party organizations in higher vocational colleges,to explore construction of the mass work ability of the basic level Party organizations in higher vocational colleges.
