摘要
采用职业归因风格问卷进行了调查。结果表明:高职生在积极事件中倾向于内部的、稳定的、普遍的、可控性的因素,而在消极事件中倾向外部的、不稳定的、非普遍和可控制的因素。高职生的职业归因风格在性别、年级和学科类别上差异显著。根据分析结果,提出了相应的对策。
Occupation attributional style was applied in Questionnaires. The results indicated that: 1 Higher vocational college students tend to internal,stable,universal and controllable factors in the positive events; but external,instable,non-universal and controllable factors in the negative events. 2Occupation attributional style of higher vocational college students has significant differences according to gender,grade and major. The corresponding countermeasures were put forward accordingly.
