建筑类高职生顶岗实习期频繁跳槽的现象及启示

摘要 高职生顶岗实习是《国务院关于大力发展职业教育的决定》中的"2+1"教育模式,也是促进高职生就业的一个重要环节。通过对湖北工业职业技术学院建筑类高职生顶岗实习情况的调查研究,我们发现应届生跳槽的现象比较严重,主要原因在于:缺少大型顶岗实习基地,学生实习满意度低;工作区域人数饱和,实习单位性质单一;实习单位薪资水平偏低,学生自我定位不准确。对此,学校应该根据学生实际情况,将职业规划教育贯穿高职教育始终,强化学生自我认知、理性定位;学校与大型企业对接,了解企业用工需求;学校要强化招聘单位管理制度,完善学生顶岗实习期的信息反馈。 Vocational students internships is the"2 + 1"education model set in"the State Council's Decision to Vigorously Develop Vocational Education"; it is also an important part of promoting employment of vocational students. By verification of the architectural vocational students' internship in Hubei Industrial Polytechnic,it is found that job-hopping phenomenon is serious,mainly due to the following reasons: lack of a large base of internships,low satisfaction of students' internships,saturated working area,single-natured internship units,low salary,students' inaccurate self-positioning. Therefore,the school should carry out career planning education through vocational education to strengthen students' self-awareness,rational self-positioning according to students' situation; the school should keep in close touch with large enterprises to obtain their employment needs; the school should strengthen the management system of recruitment unit,and improve feedback of students' internships.
