摘要
二战以后人权问题已不再是一国国内问题,而成为了国际性问题。本文拟从中外人权的思想基础比较出发,通过对国内外公民权利的宪法规定介绍,对国内外的人权问题作一个深刻而详实的比较分析。
After the second world war, the human rights is not only a domestic problem, but also a international problem. By comparing the idealistic base of human rights at home and abroad and introducing constitutional prescription of citizen rights at home and abroad, this article makes a deep and detailed comparative analysis on the human right problems at home and abroad.
