Teaching mode is the ultimate goal of personnel training.Any reform and construction of school personnel training ultimately relies on each teacher to implement it in each course ,by means of effective teaching mode.What kind of teaching mode the modern vocational education should practice and how to implement such a model are the issues which will be explored by this article.
