当前,孝感市总体经济发展状况良好,财政社会保障支出的水平和发展速度均高于全国平均水平,使用效益也不断提高。但经济发展与财政社会保障支出的增长速度放缓,城乡差距较大。为充分发挥社会保障制度对经济发展的促进作用,必须保持地区经济平稳增长;加大财政对社保的投入力度,提高资金的利用效率;缩小财政社保支出的城乡差距;扩大社保覆盖面,多渠道筹集社保资金。

At present, the overall economic development of Xiaogan is in good condition. On the one hand, the level and development speed of financial social security expenditure is higher than the average level throughout the country with the growing use benefit. On the other hand, the economic development falls down and the gap between urban and rural areas keeps increasing. To give full play to financial social security expenditure in promoting econom- ic development, it is imperative to maintain steady economic development in regions, strengthen the investment in so- cial security, improve the utilization of funds, narrowing the financial social security expenditure gap between urban and rural areas, expand the coverage of social security and raise fund of social security in diversity channels.
