不同年龄段金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征患者临床分析

Clinical Analysis of Different Ages of Patients with Staphylococcal Scalded Skin Syndrome

目的探讨金黄色葡萄球菌烫伤样皮肤综合征（SSSS）不同年龄段的临床特点。方法回顾性分析261例SSSS患者的临床资料,其中0~3岁婴幼儿组（A组）97例,3~6岁（B组）143例,6~10岁（C组）21例。结果 A组易伴发热,与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.003）;B组易伴发热,与C组比较差异有统计学意义（P=0.000）;各组间白细胞及细菌培养差异无统计学意义。结论诊断SSSS主要依据临床表现,可结合血常规及细菌培养进一步明确诊断。

Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of staphylococcal scalded skin syndrome（SSSS） at different ages. Methods Retrospective analysis was used on the clinical characteristics, laboratory examination results of pleural effusions in 261 patients with SSSS, in that 97 patients were group A（0-3 years）, 143 patients were group B（3-6 years）, 21 patients were group C（6-10 years）. Results Group A was more likely to get fever than group C, and there was a significant statistical difference（P =0.003）. Group B was more likely to get fever than group C, and there had a significant statistical difference（P=0.000）. Leukocyte and bacteria culture between groups exhibited no obvious differences. Conclusion Diagnosis of SSSS mainly bases on clinical manifestations, combined with the routine blood and bacteria culture judgment.
