城市河流景观规划基本原则和主要内容探析

Fundamental principle and main content of landscape planning of urban rivers

城市河流建设的理论体系包括城市河流的安全(防洪安全、供水安全、水环境安全)、水生态系统的保护和恢复以及水景观塑造等内容,其中,河流景观建设在大规模的城市河流综合整治背景下日益受到社会的广泛关注,其规划理论也在不断的发展和探索之中。本文基于相关研究成果,首先提出了城市河流景观规划的定义,然后分析了景观的构成和规划的基本原则,重点对规划的内容,包括水景工程、桥梁景观、道路交通、小品设施、灯光夜景、植物配植以及生态修复等进行了研究和分析,以"水"为中心释义了现代城市河流的景观规划思路,为城市河流的综合建设提供了基础支撑。

Theory system on construction of urban rivers included river safety（flood control, water supplyand environment security）, ecological protection and restoration, water landscape building, etc. Widespreadconcern had been paid on water landscape building in the background of large-scale multiple improvementsof urban rivers, and the theory of landscape planning was also being developed and explored. Based onsome related research achievements, this paper began with putting forward a definition of landscape plan-ning of urban river, and then analyzed the constituents and fundamental principles of planning. Detailedmain contents were brought out,including water garden engineering,bridge landscape,road transport,gar-den ornaments, and nightscape, arrangement of plants, as well as ecological restoration, etc., and ex-plained modern approach of landscape planning with water-centered idea, also provided basic support forthe comprehensive construction of urban rivers.
