远程教育质量观与质量标准的思考

Thoughts on the Quality View of Distance Education and Quality Standards

现代远程教育在我国起步较晚,又是超常规"跨越式"发展,在质量观和质量标准体系的构建上存在较大分歧,引起了国家和社会的关注。《国家中长期教育改革与发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》明确指出,要把提高质量作为教育改革发展的核心任务。正确的远程教育质量观,是提高远程教育质量的前提。构建适合国情的、多样化的、可持续发展的质量标准体系,是推动高等教育大众化进程,培养满足社会多样化、全方位需求人才的有效保障。

Although modern distance education started late in China,it experienced great-leap-forward development.Big divergence of views exist in construction of quality view and quality criteria system,which aroused the concern of whole society.The National Medium and Long-term Planning Framework for Education Reform and Development（2010-2020）declares that quality improvement should be considered as the core task.Correct view on quality of distance education is the precondition for the improvement of distance education.Constructing suitable diversified and sustainable quality criteria system serves as effective protection to speed up the popularization of higher education and cultivate talents to meet the diversified and comprehensive social needs.
