师范生顶岗实习制度化建设的多维关系探讨

摘要 目前师范生顶岗实习在全国范围内方兴未艾,意义重大。由于是新事物,在实践中牵涉诸多行为主体和复杂关系,因此制度和规范建设显得尤为重要。与顶岗实习执行环节关系最为密切的实习学生、地方教育局和实习学校,目前都存在一定问题。为推动顶岗实习的良性、长远和健康发展,教育行政主管部门应从这三个主体入手,制定切实可行和富有效率的考核与评价体系,分而治之。最终实现优化农村中小学师资结构,提升农村基础教育质量的伟大宏旨。 Replacement teaching practice of university students across the country is still in the ascendant and with great significance.As a new thing,replacement teaching practice is involved with many actors and complex relations,so the system and the regulate construction appear to be very important.There are some problems in replacement students,local education and training schools,which is most closely related to the performance of replacement teaching practice.To promote the development of replacement teaching practice to be positive,long-term and healthy,administrative departments of education should begin with these three main aspects and develop practical and efficient assessment and evaluation system,finally achieving the goal of optimizing the structure of rural primary and secondary teachers and enhancing the quality of basic education in rural areas.
