经济法学以国家协调经济运行活动中产生的特定经济关系为研究对象,在经济法学教学中应用案例教学方法具有重要意义。以案例教学方法为主要研究视阈,阐释案例教学方法在经济法教学中的具体表现形式,分析经济法学教学中运用案例教学方法的要求,进而通过学生评价分析案例教学方法的实际运用效果,提出在经济法学教学中运用案例教学方法提高效果的路径。

Economic law takes specific economic relations produced in the state＇s coordinating the activities of economic operation as its research object.The application of case teaching method has great significance in economic law teaching.The study takes case method as the threshold of the main research and interprets the case teaching method in specific forms of economic law teaching,analyzes the requirements of applying case teaching method in teaching economic law,and further to put forward an approach to improve the effect of using case teaching method in economic law teaching through the analysis of practical application effect of case teaching method from students＇ evaluation.
