深低温停循环下主动脉夹层手术围术期脑保护的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 主动脉夹层是心血管外科最具有挑战性的手术,若未经干预,48 h内患者死亡率高达50%[1]。急诊手术是主动脉夹层的主要干预措施。随着医疗技术发展,主动脉夹层术后死亡率和并发症发生率显著下降,但术后神经系统并发症发生率仍然很高。本文主要针对深低温停循环下主动脉夹层手术围术期脑保护的研究进展作一综述。
