天津市涉外企业在人民币汇率改革中承受力分析

随着人民币汇率改革的不断深入,长期以来汇率呈现单边升值趋势,双向波动幅度加大,对涉外企业的资金运作方式及汇率适应带来一定影响。从进出口类型、经济类型、企业规模、企业所属行业和主要行业交易项目结构等视角对天津市涉外企业结构情况进行分析,研究近年来加工贸易型、劳动密集型、融资租赁和房地产行业等不同类型企业在汇率改革中的承压情况,并提出以下对策建议:加强企业资金流动监管;加快企业转型升级,提高国际竞争话语权;采取合理避险措施,增强风险应对能力。

With the deepening of RMB exchange rate reform,for a long time the RMB exchange rate show unilateral apprecia- tion trend and increasing two -way fluctuation, whieh brings a certain impact on the capital operation and foreign exchange adaptability of foreign enterprises. This paper analyzes the structure of foreign enterprises in Tianjin from the perspective of im- port and export types, ownership, company size, enterprises industry, and studies on tolerance capacity of different types of enterprises, and put forword suggestions：strengthen capital flows supervision; sirengthen the transformation and upgrading of corpo- rate,enhance the internationl eompetitiveness speaking rights;take reasonable hedging measures, enhance risk response capacity.
