新疆主要污染排放物影响因素的灰色关联度分析

Research on Impacting Factors of the Main Pollutants in Xinjiang Based on Gray Correlative Analysis

由于环境库兹涅茨曲线严格依赖于将不同国家或地区的污染排放与经济增长之间的关系看成是同质的,忽略了研究对象在经济结构、人口、工业化程度和污染治理投入等方面的异质性。在考虑新疆经济增长对污染排放的影响时,就不能忽视新疆的人口结构、经济结构、能源利用、环境治理、技术进步等因素对污染排放的影响。因此,通过建立影响新疆污染排放的因子指标体系,采用灰色关联度分析方法分别对影响新疆主要污染排放物的影响因子进行实证研究。从研究结果看,影响新疆主要污染排放物的主要因素具有差异性,因此对于不同的污染排放物的政策调控重点应当区别对待。

Because of the environmental Kuznets curve strictly regarded the relationship between pollution and economic growth of the different countries or regions as a homogeneous;it ignored the heterogeneity among the stud-y objects in aspects of the economic structure, population, industrialization degree and pollution abatement invest-ment etc. Therefore, this article not only considered the influence of economic growth on the environment pollution in Xinjiang, but also cannot ignore the effect the population structure, economic structure, energy use, environ-mental governance, technological progress on pollution emission. So this paper established the pollution emission factor index system in Xinjiang, and employed the grey correlation analysis method to empirical research the pollu-tion factor respectively. The result indicated that the main influencing factors of the main pollutants are different in Xinjiang, so for the policy of pollution emission control key should be treated differently.
