依托实习支教推动高师院校校园文化建设的实践探索——以新疆师范大学为例

摘要 从2006年开始,新疆师范大学响应新疆维吾尔自治区政府的号召,结合学校发展定位、人才培养目标和基层的实际需要,实施了师范生"实习支教"计划,缓解了新疆多民族地区师资短缺的矛盾,为学生搭建了接触和了解社会、认识国情和区情、提高教学技能、磨练意志品质的平台,同时依托实习支教,在凝练校园文化特色、丰富校园文化活动、引领校园文化建设、培育校园文化品牌等方面取得了有效的实践经验。 To respond to the call of the government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region, meet the develop-ment orientation criteria of the college, fulfill aims of talent-cultivating of the university and meet the practical re-quirements of the primary and secondary schools in far and remote areas, Xinjiang Normal University has implemen-ted the "Teaching Practice" program since 2006, which has effectively alleviates the shortage of teaching staff in multi-ethnic region of Xinjiang and set up platform for students to have a better understanding of the society, as well as national and regional conditions. This program also helps to refine campus culture characteristics, enrich campus culture activities and guide the construction of campus culture. Therefore, a typical campus culture brand could be established and developed, which will benefit all college faculties and students.
