摘要
以苯酐和正丁醇为原料,以石油醚为带水剂,以磷钨酸/硅胶为催化剂,催化合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP)。考察了醇酐摩尔比、磷钨酸/硅胶催化剂的用量、反应时间等因素对合成DBP产率的影响。结果表明,在正丁醇:苯酐摩尔比为3.0:1、磷钨酸/硅胶用量为反应物总质量的2.5%,反应时间为3.0h的条件下,其产率达94.4%以上;催化剂寿命长、可多次重复使用、产物易纯化分离,可望代替浓硫酸催化剂应用于DBP的合成。
Dibutyl phthalate(DBP)was synthesized using n-butanol and phthalic anhydride as materials,phosphotungstic acid/silica as catalyst.The effects,such as the molar ratio of n-butanol to phthalic anhydride,the amount of phosphotungstic acid/silica,the reaction time,the amount of petroleum ether and so on,on the yield of DBP were discussed.The optimal reaction conditions were obtained.The results showed that the molar ratio of n-butanol to phthalic anhydride was 3.0∶1,the mass ratio of phosphotungstic acid/silica was 2.5%,the reaction time was 3.0h,the yield of DBP was more than 94.4%.The catalyst was a long life span and could be used many times.The product was easily separated and purified.The catalyst would be a promising replacement of concentrated sulfuric acid in the syhthesis of DBP.
