对我公司50kt/a糠醇装置的工艺特点进行了简要的介绍,着重阐述了该工艺流程存在的问题和项目建设中采取的优化设计措施,通过这些改进,基本解决了中压液相加氢法生产糠醇的难题。该项目投运后,短期内达到了设计指标,产品质量稳定,获得了很好的经济效益。

With introducing the technological characteristics of 50kt/a furfuryl alcohol production device in Henan Xinlianxin Fertilizer Co., Ltd.,emphatically elaborating the problems of technological process and optimiz-ation design measures in the project construction. With these improvements,basically solved the difficult problems about hydrogenation for production of furfuryl alcohol in liquid phase in medium pressure.Now the project has put into operation,the indicators has achieved the design ruquirments,and has good economic benefit.
