基于VEE的玄武岩纤维拉丝池窑温度监控系统设计 被引量:2

摘要 连续玄武岩纤维及其增强复合材料强度高、化学性能稳定、电绝缘性好,广泛用于航空航天、石油化工、建筑、汽车等领域,但目前面临着生产成本高等困境。大规模池窑生产连续玄武岩纤维是降低其成本的有效途径之一。本文利用虚拟仪器技术,通过软件开发平台Keysight VEE编写程序协同人工智能工业调节器,设计开发连续玄武岩纤维生产池窑的温度计算机辅助监控系统,该系统具有控制成本低,效率高,用户操作界面友好等特点。 The continuous basalt fiber and reinforced high-strength composite materials,chemical stability,good electrical insulation, widely used in aerospace,petrochemical, construction,automotive and other fields,but the dilemma facing higher production costs.Large-scale production of continuous basalt fiber tank furnace is one of the effective ways to reduce their costs.In this paper,virtual instrument technology,programming artificial intelligence industry regulator by collaborative software development platform Keysight VEE,design and development of continuous basalt fiber production temperature furnaces computer-aided monitoring system,which has a low control costs,high efficiency,user-friendly interface and so on.
