壳牌煤气化关键设备飞灰过滤器滤棒滤棒故障、断裂后,飞灰进入洁净合成气系统,对湿洗系统、激冷气系统、初级水处理系统等影响较大,特别是滤棒故障后装置坚持长时间运行,影响更大,后续的处理更加困难。本文主要对此种状况的后续处理作出分析,提出处理措施。

When the Fly ash filter that is the key equipment of Shell coal gasification damaged,the fly ash will get into the clean syngas system,that will make a great impact on the wet scrubber system,quench gas system and the primary water system,Especially make greater impact on the gasifier continue running after Fly ash filter damaged,and the subsequent processing will more difficult.In this paper,we analyzed these problems and put forward treatment measures.
