摘要
大数据改变未来的实践在社会各个领域悄然发生。利用教育大数据改善MOOC支持服务,是解决MOOC学习过程中学习支持服务乏力的有效手段。本研究通过文献法和开发研究法,提出基于教育大数据的MOOC支持服务体现了个性化、及时性、精准性和智能化等特性,其形成能有效提升MOOC学习过程中支持服务的针对性和服务质量。实现基于教育大数据的MOOC支持服务面临各种挑战,需要建立与之相称的教育大数据意识、能力、环境。除此之外,还需要MOOC支持服务的人员、意识和相关政策的到位。
Big data is changing the landscape of all walks of life. Using big data in education to optimize learner support is an efficient way to overcome the shortage of support associated with MOOC study. It is maintained that learner support for MOOCs, benefiting from big data in education, should be characterized by individuality, timeliness, accuracy and intelligence in order to improve its appropriateness and quality. Given that the provision of this kind of learner support is full of challenges, it is also argued that an awareness of big data be fostered, relevant capacities be built, and an appropriate environment be created. In addition, human resources and policies should be readily available to ensure effective provision of learner support.
