摘要 为了终年提供绿色保鲜果蔗,填补6~9月份果蔗供应市场的空白,提高果蔗的商品附加值,本研究采用果蔗全茎整捆堆放保鲜技术,通过对果蔗保鲜期内温度、湿度、气体与抑菌条件的调控,使果蔗从当年12月初窖藏至次年8月底;此外,该方法整合了全茎整捆保鲜技术和去皮切段真空包装保鲜技术,组装成集成式果蔗超长期复合保鲜技术。 In order to provide year-round green fresh chewing cane, to fill the market gap of chewing cane supply from June to September, and to improve the added value of chewing cane products, we took fresh-keeping techniques of whole stalk and whole bundle stacking in this paper. By regulating the temperature, humidity, gases and antibacterial conditions, chewing cane can be preserved from early December to late August of next year. In addition, we have integrated fresh-keeping techniques of whole-stalk preservation and whole-bundle vacuum packaging(after peeling and cutting).
