马钢高炉体检制度在4000m^3高炉上的实践

摘要 马钢4 000m3高炉自2007年开炉以来,对高炉炉况顺行的诊断未做到及时有效,导致高炉炉况未达到长周期稳定顺行。特别是2014年年初B高炉出现炉况失常,给公司生产经营造成了严重的影响。为使高炉炉况达到长周期稳定顺行,2014年5月开始通过公司管理层的推进与指导和总厂全体技术人员的不懈努力,制定了高炉体检表和顺行指数,对高炉炉况进行综合诊断,做到每日"对症下药",确保了高炉在2014年下半年炉况的基本稳定。 Since startup of the 400Ore3 blast furnace in 2007, failure of timely and effective diagnosis of furnace condition has affected the long-period stable operation of MaSteel's blast furnaces. In particular, the blast furnace B suffered abnormal condition at the beginning of 2014, causing serious impact on production and operation of the company. To achieve long-period stable operation of the blast furnaces, the management of the company and all technicians in the ironmaking works worked hard to establish an inspection table and smooth operation index to comprehensively diagnose the furnace condition, which suited the remedy to the case everyday and ensured basic stability of furnace conditions in the second half of 2014.
