影响马钢烧结过程稳定性因素的探讨

A Discussion on Factors Influencing Sintering Process Stability in MaSteel

结合马钢烧结生产的实际经验,运用烧结体检技术分析了影响烧结过程稳定性的因素。根据马钢高炉、烧结生产和配矿的实际特点,于2015年9月1日至9月30日在马钢第二炼铁总厂1#、2#烧结机上进行了烧结体检使用模式试验。重点考察了应用烧结体检模式下烧结生产过程的稳定性和烧结矿质量指标的变化情况,摸索出了目前马钢第二炼铁总厂1#、2#烧结机烧结过程稳定性最好的搭配模式,为烧结生产稳定性研究做了有益的探索。

In combination with practical experience of sintering production in MaSteel, the factors influencing sintering process stability were analyzed by using sintering inspection technology. Based on the actual characteristics of the blast furnaces, sinter production and ore blending in MaSteel, sintering inspection test was performed at the No. 1 and No. 2 sinter machines of MaSteel＇s No. 2 Ironmaking Works from Sep. 1 to Sep. 30 of 2015. The stability of sinter production process and variation of sinter quality indexes under sintering inspection mode were investigated. The most stable matching mode for the No. 1. and No. 2 sinter machines was figured out.
