摘要
2013年干湿焦转换后,B炉各项经济技术指标开始下滑,12月28日出现管道气流,低负荷维持炉况基本顺行,2014年2月16日定修后炉况恢复困难,2月19日出现管道气流后炉况失常。经过39天的处理,高炉走出困境,炉况恢复正常。
After transition from dry coke to wet coke in 2013, the various economic and technical indicators of blast furnace B started to decline. On December 28 pipe gas flow occurred, the furnace operation was basically mainrained with low load; it was difficult to restore the furnace to normal condition after it had a scheduled repair on Feb. 16th, 2014 and the furnace went abnormal after pipe gas flow occurred on Feb. 19. Through 39 days of treatment, the blast furnace got out of disorder and recovered to normal.
