Waveone锉一次性根管治疗老年患者后牙感染性根管的疗效观察

Clinical observation on single visit root canal treatment using Waveoneniti system for elderly’s back teeth root canals infection

目的与其他根管治疗方法比较，观察Waveone镍钛锉一次性根管治疗老年人后牙感染性根管的术后反应及疗效，探索老年患者后牙根管治疗的最佳方案。方法选取65～75岁急、慢性根尖周炎和牙髓坏死的老年患者后牙200例，随机分为Waveone机扩一次性根管治疗组、Protaper机扩一次性根管治疗组、手用K锉一次性根管治疗组和传统手用K锉多次性根管治疗组。根管预备分别采用Waveone镍钛锉、Protaper镍钛锉和手用不锈钢锉，多次性疗程间氢氧化钙根管封药，比较Waveone锉一次性根管治疗与其他治疗方法术后反应及疗效的差异。结果4组问术后1W疼痛发生率和术后1年治愈率无显著性差异，Waveone机扩一次性根管治疗组后牙治疗总时间平均只需30min，大大提高了工作效率。结论在严格把握适应证的条件下对老年人后牙感染性根管采用Waveone镍钛锉行一次性根管治疗是最佳治疗方案。

Objective To observe and analyze the postoperation reaction and therapeutic effects of single visit therapy using Waveoneniti file system for eldedy＇s back teeth root canal infection and to optimize its best proceture in clinical prac- tice. Methods 200 back teeth from 200 patients of 65 - 75 years old with pulp necrosis, acute/chronic apical periodontitis were randomly divided into four groups： the study groups treated with root canal treatment in single visit （using Wavcone, Protaper and hand K file respectively） and control group with multiple root canal treatment. Besides, the multiple therapies adopted calcium hydroxide as intracranial medication. The curative effect of four groups were evaluated. Results No obvious difference was found between the study groups and control groups in either incidence of pain after a week or recovery rate after a year （P〉0.05）. The time of root canal therapy in single visit using Waveoneniti system only lasted to 30 minutes, which improved the working efficiency greatly. Conclusions Single visit endodontics treatment using Waveoneniti file system for elderly＇s back teeth root canal infection is the best choice under the circumstances of strict selection. Using Waveoneniti system in single visit root canal treatment would improve the working efficiency and reduce the post-operative reaction.
