摘要
目的通过对ELISA检测项目进行质控方案设计,建立完全随机方式的质控加样方法。方法设计基于时间序列的的数学模型,通过对时间中分钟和秒钟的末位进行计算,使质控品随着加样时间的变化,产生不同的位置结果,并依此进行加样。结果质控品在ELISA加样过程中会在板的任意位置进行加样,实现随机出现。结论本实验所使用的方法可以实现酶免检测质控的完全随机化。
Objective Through the design of a quality control inspection for ELISA tests, a completely random quality control method was built. Methods We built a mathematical model based on time series—the samples are calculated with changes in minutes and seconds time in a given time. This calculation helped to make changes on positions with time during the quality control sampling process. Results The sampling positions will be randomized on the plate during the process of ELISA quality control. Conclusion The method used in this experiment helped to build a complete randomized quality control of enzyme immunoassay.
