摘要
目的探讨全自动电子信息系统在无偿献血过程中的应用。方法在汉口火车站献血屋,把使用全自动电子信息系统的进行献血登记的献血者设置为自动组,使用手工填写方式进行献血登记的献血者设置为手工组。自动组和手工组各随机取100名献血者,分析2个组献血过程的差异。开发电子签名系统,实现献血者与工作人员电子签名。开发献血过程数据自动采集系统,实现设备数据的自动传输。结果通过对自动组与手工组数据的对比分析,发现献血数据的准确性、献血过程需要时间均存在差异。自动组的献血者可以电子签名,献血过程数据可以自动采集。结论该系统能缩短献血过程时间,提高数据准确性,实现了献血健康检查和征询表的电子化,在血站无偿献血服务中有很好的示范效果和推广价值。
Objective To explore the application of an informatic system in blood donation management.Methods The blood donation house of Hankou railway station was enrolled in this study.200 blood donors were randomly divided into 2 groups:the auto group by the management system and the manual group by conventional manual labor registration.Differences between the two groups were analyzed.A electronic signature system was implemented for both the donor and donation house officers.Automatic data acquisition systems for blood donation was also established.Results Differences in data accuracy between the two groups were analyzed.The Auto group donors can sign electronic signatures.The data of blood donation process can be collected automatically.Conclusion The information system improved time allocation and management for the donation process.Electronic medical history forms presented good demonstration effect and promotion value in blood donation service.
