RhD阴性红细胞动态库存管理在重大活动保障中的应用

Application of dynamic management of RhD negative blood bank in the guarantee of 2018 Shanghai Cooperation Qingdao Summit held in Qingdao

目的建立RhD阴性红细胞动态库存管理模式,探讨其在重大活动中的应用保障,为保证临床RhD阴性红细胞的供应提供思路和方法。方法 1) RhD阴性献血者的动态专人管理,建立有效应急献血者;2)设定新鲜RhD阴性去白悬浮红细胞库存,与现有冷冻阴性红细胞互为补充;3)数据信息系统的实时动态管理;4)各相关部门的配合协作及跨区域的应急联动机制。结果实现了各环节关键节点的前移,显著缩短了临床患者预约后的等候时间,保障期间没有使用冰冻解冻去甘油红细胞,没有造成阴性去白悬浮红细胞的过期报废。结论动态库存管理模式有效运行,保障了活动期间阴性血液的临床需求,但仍有其局限性,需要进一步改进。

Objective To establish a dynamic management model for Rh D negative blood inventory and explore its application in the guarantee of Rh D negative blood supply during 2018 Shanghai Cooperation Qingdao Summit held in Qingdao,so as to provide some idea and method for the guarantee of RHD negative blood supply under such conditions.Methods 1)Specific personnel took in charge of the dynamic management of Rh D negative blood donors,so as to keep them available in the case of emergency donation;2)Inventory of fresh Rh D negative leukocyte-depleted blood was set up as a complement to the existing inventory of frozen negative red blood cells;3)Real-time dynamic management of data information system was established;4)Cooperation of relevant departments and cross-regional emergency linkage mechanism was established.Results The forward movement of key nodes in each link was realized,and the waiting time for Rh D red blood after appointment in clinical was significantly shortened.Neither application of deglycerolized RBCs nor expiration of negative RBCs occured during Qingdao Summit.Conclusion Dynamic inventory management model runs effectively,which ensures the clinical demand of negative blood during the big events,but it still has its limitations and needs for further improvement.
