远海岛礁医院应急采供血机制的探究

Exploration of emergency blood collection and supply mechanism in hospital of ocean island

目的建立远海岛礁医院应急采血运行机制,保障紧急情况下伤员输血救治。方法通过查阅资料、现场考察、反复论证,依据国家、军队相关法律法规建立了应急采血实施方案、流程和'流动血库'机制,明确了组织架构和职能分工,根据不同情况建立了紧急备血、紧急用血和用备结合三种应急采供血保障模式。进行了应急采血分队人员编配、职责分工、业务培训和操作演练。结果三种应急采供血模式经过实践检验具有可行性。结论在远海岛礁医院建立应急采供血模式可以保障少量伤员的急救用血需求,不适用于大批量伤员抢救用血。

Objective To establish the operation mechanism of emergency blood collection in hospital of ocean island,and to guarantee the blood transfusion treatment of the wounded in emergency.Methods Through data review,site inspection and repeated discussion,a series of measures referring to emergency blood collection schemes,relevant procedures and mobile blood reserve personnel database were established in accordance with relevant national and military laws and regulations;the institutional framework and functional division were explicated;three emergency blood collection and supply modes including emergency blood reserve,emergency blood transfusion and combination of both were built up in various circumstances.Based on the above-mentioned measures,personnel allocation,division of responsibility,professional training and operation exercises within the emergency blood collection team were conducted.Results By practice,three emergency blood collection and supply modes were tested and verified,the feasibility of which was proven.Conclusion In terms of ocean island′s hospital,the emergency blood collection and supply model can guarantee the urgent blood transfusion demand for the minority of wounded,while it faces obstacles of blood shortage when treating the majority.
