血站移液器的定期校准及其作用的探讨

摘要 目的对本站所使用的移液器进行定期校准,保证实验的准确性及减少检测加样误差,并配合其余校准项目从而减少血液的报废。方法采用JJG646-2006《移液器》规程中的衡量法和'宝予德移液器校准软件'作为移液器的校准方法。对校准前后的移液器容量进行统计学分析。结果校准前、后,部分移液器容量差别有明显的统计学意义。校准前与校准后(μL)分别为(19.05±1.11)vs(20.02±0.06);(24.50±1.52)vs(25.05±0.07);(198.96±1.80)vs(199.98±0.22)(P<0.05),校准前的容量超出所允许的容量误差。配合半自动生化分析仪的维护和校准,2015-2018年的ALT报废率也出现下降,分别为1.57%、0.68%、0.58%、0.40%(P<0.05)。结论定期对移液器进行校准不仅保证实验的准确性,而且能够减少因加样误差对献血者初筛的淘汰,配合半自动生化分析仪的维护和校准能够持续降低血液ALT的报废。 Objective To calibrate regularly the pipettes used in Handan Central Blood Station to ensure the accuracy of the experiment and reduce the sampling error during the test,also to cooperate with other calibration items to reduce the discardinig rate of blood.Methods The measurement method in JJG646-2006 pipette code and the'Baoyude Pipette Calibration Software'were used to calibrate the pipette.The volume of pipette before and after calibration was statistically analyzed.Results Before and after calibration,the volume difference of some pipettes was statistically significant.The capacity before and after calibration at the calibration point of 20,25 and 200 L were 19.05±1.11 vs.20.02±0.06,24.50±1.52 vs.25.05±0.07,and 198.96±1.80 vs.199.98±0.22(P<0.05),respectively;the capacity before calibration exceeded the allowable capacity error.With the maintenance and calibration of the semi-automatic biochemical analyzer,the ALT scrap rate from 2015 to 2018 decreased from 1.57%,0.68%,0.58%to 0.40%,respectively(P<0.05).Conclusion The regular calibration of pipette not only ensures the accuracy of the experiment,but also reduces the elimination of blood donors due to sampling errors in initial screening.The maintenance and calibration of semi-automatic biochemical analyzer can continuously reduce the scrap of blood failed in ALT.
