2009-2018年单采血小板捐献者保留的策略分析

Strategies for the retention of apheresis platelet donors——an analysis from 2009 to 2018

目的通过分析上海某血站单采血小板无偿献血情况,探讨保留单采血小板捐献者的策略,为进一步加强单采血小板献血志愿者的保留工作提供依据。方法采取问卷调查和电话回访等方法,回顾性总结2009-2018年上海某血站的血小板单采工作状况,比较无偿献血者的性别、动机、采血者服务等对献血者献血意愿和再次献血行为影响的相关性,分析对固定献血者保留的相关影响因素。结果固定献血人群中女性比例较高,医护人员良好的服务是促进固定献血者保留的重要因素,献血者时间和地点的改变是影响成分献血的主要因素,提高献血者对自我价值的实现是有效的再招募手段。结论通过献血宣传、精准服务以及后期交流等方式可以提高对血小板固定献血者的保留。

Objective To explore the strategy of retaining missed apheresis platelets donors,and to provide a basis for further retention of missed platelets donors,we analyzed the statistical data of voluntary blood donation in a blood station in Shanghai.Methods We collected all samples form 2009 to 2018 in a blood station in Shanghai,and retrospectively summarized the data by means of questionnaire survey and telephone return visits.We analyzed the correlation of the behavior of blood donation again and the following factors,such as gender,motivation and service forvoluntary blood donors on blood donors′willingness to donate blood,and also compared the relevant influencing factors on the retention of fixed blood donors.Results The proportion of women was relatively higher than that of men in the group of fixed blood donors.The good service of medical staff was an important factor to promote the retention of fixed blood donors.Time and place changes of blood donors were the main reason that affected the decision of blood donation.Conclusion Giving publicity to blood donation,accurate service and timely feedback may be good strategies for platelet donors retention.
