依法治国视域下高职院校章程建设的实施路径探究

《章程》建设是高职院校建立现代大学制度、推进依法治校的核心。分析了高职院校章程建设的必要性,从健全完善党委领导下的校长负责制、构建系统完善的配套制度体系、加强执行监督机制建设、建立修改完善地常态机制等方面,对章程建设的实施路径做了探究。

The ＂charter＂ is the core to promote the rule of law, establishing the modern university system in Higher Vocational Colleges. The article analyzes the necessity of the charter construction, and explores the implementation ways of the charter construction from the aspects of perfecting the president duties un-der the Party Committee＇s leadership, constituting the college system, strengthening the implementation su-pervision system, and establishing and improving the normal mechanism, etc.
