摘要
按照规划,成都市一环路某下穿隧道与地铁车站位于同一路由。简要介绍下穿隧道的地理位置、主要技术标准,以及隧道的平面、纵横断面、结构类型等。重点介绍下穿隧道与地铁车站的位置关系、结构处理方式、设计施工要点等。为了解决2个工程分期建设造成工程浪费、施工风险大和多次影响道路交通,以及先期工程未给后续工程预留施工条件,导致后续工程无法实施等问题,经过方案比选,采用了隧道和车站空间"上下重叠",隧道底板与车站顶板"共板",隧道侧墙与车站侧墙"上下对齐",2个工程同步设计、同步施工的合建方法,得出隧道与车站合建的设计施工方法是可行的,以期为今后类似工程设计提供借鉴及参考。
A municipal tunnel in Chengdu, China is planned to be on the same path of a Metro station. In the paper, the location, main technical standards, plane route, longitudinal profile and structural feature of the municipal tunnel are presented, and the relationship between the municipal tunnel and the Metro station, the structure of the municipal tunnel and the key points in the design and construction of the municipal tunnel are highlighted. The scheme of integrating the municipal tunnel into the Metro station is adopted after comparison and analysis. The municipal tunnel is constructed on the top of the Metro station, with the floor slab of the municipal tunnel used as the roof slab of the Metro station concurrently and the side wall of the municipal tunnel being at the same vertical position as that of the Metro station. The municipal tunnel and the Metro station are designed and constructed at the same time. The municipal tunnel has been completed and opened to traffic successfully. The practice shows that it is feasible to integrate the municipal tunnel into the Metro station.
