八角茴香中莽草酸不同提取方法的初步研究 被引量:3

摘要 莽草酸是抗禽流感特效药达菲的主要原料。本文以天然植物八角茴香(Illicium verum)为原料,使用高效液相色谱仪,采用单因素试验方法,分别以水、乙醇及甲醇为提取液,探讨从八角茴香中提取莽草酸的效率。结果发现,水的提取效率为8.12%、乙醇为6.06%、甲醇为8.86%。从经济和安全角度考虑,认为选择水作为提取液的试验效果好、成本低且安全,且温度为100℃时提取率最高,为9.47%。 The shikimic acid is the main raw materials of Oseltamivir Phosphate ever since the outbreak of avian influenza all over the world. In this paper, we tested the distilled water, ethanol and methanol extraction effect of shikimic acid in Illicium verum by HPLC and single-factor test. The results showed that the extraction effects were 8.12%(distilled water), 6.06%(ethanol) and 8.86%(methanol),respectively. However, distilled water was a kind of preferable extraction solvent in the paper because it is less valuable and much safer than the other solvent candidates. The extraction effect was the best up to9.47 % at 100 ℃ when distilled water was used as a solvent to extract shikimic acid.
