纠缠于抛弃与回归的“家园”书写——流散视阈中评卡里尔·菲利普斯的《最后的通道》和《一个国家的独立》

摘要 卡里尔·菲利普斯《最后的通道》和《一个国家的独立》虽在题目、人物性别和内容上不尽相同,但从流散视阈中看二者堪称"家园"书写的"连环册"。《最后的通道》中雷拉的流散方向是从"移出国家园"到"移入国家园",随之又指向"移出国家园"。《一个国家的独立》中弗朗西斯则从"移入国家园"到"移出国家园",随之又指向"移入国家园"。二人迁徙方向首尾链接后呈现出"连环册"式的"家园"书写特点。通过其菲利普斯思考了流散群族的命运问题。同时他还就英殖民统治的特点和英国加勒比黑人在英国社会中的地位等问题进行了深入研究。 In The Final Passage and A State of Independence which differ greatly in titles, genders and contents, Caryl Phillips present them as serial stories sharing some circulation characteristics in home writing. From Diaspora perspective, Phillips focuses on the two migration routes. As to "country emigrated", the sequence is "abandon-return-abandon". As to "country immigrated", the sequence is "return-abandon-return". At the same time, these two novels also reflect characteristics of England colonial system and the social status of Caribbean Diaspora groups in English dominant history.
