摘要
"双师结构"教学团队对提高高等职业教育人才的培养质量至关重要,其建设过程分为孵化期、成长期、成熟期和稳定期四个阶段。以平衡计分卡(BSC)的基本思想,结合建设的四个阶段从财务、客户、内部流程和学习与成长四个维度,设计了多层次的"双师结构"教学团队建设阶段评价指标体系。运用AHP法确定权重,建立不同建设阶段绩效评价指标体系,可有效针对"双师结构"教学团队建设阶段的任务指标进行绩效评估。
It is very important to construct the "double-qualified" teaching team for improving the cultivation quality of the higher vocational colleges. The construction process is divided into four stages: incubation stage, growing stage, mature stage and stable stage. With the basic idea of the balanced scorecard (BSC) , this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system for "double- qualified" teaching team suitable for the different construction stages, which have-four-dimensions: financie, customer, internal processes, learning and growth. Using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method to determine the weight function, the performance evaluation index system in different stages is established, which can effectively assess the performance of the task index in different construction stages of the "double-qualified" teaching team.
