狱务公开是监狱司法属性的要求,也是深化司法体制改革的重要任务。深化狱务公开首先要克服监狱是保密机构的滞后观念,充分认识到这是程序参与原则的要求和体现。狱务公开有助于建立良好的信任关系,塑造监狱公信力,同时也是监狱工作自信的体现和法治教育的生动形式。深化狱务公开应当进一步明确公开的责任、区分狱务公开的对象、完善狱务公开的载体与方式以及进一步扩大公开的内容与程度。

Prison affairs publicity is a requirement of prison legal attribute,is also an important task in deepening the reform of the judicial system. We should first overcome the old concept that the prison is secret,fully realize that it is the request and reflect of program participation principle. The publicity helps to establish a good relationship,model prison credibility,which is also the embodiment of the prison work confidence and vivid form of education of the rule of law.
