高职院校英语教学EOP转向及路径探究

A Study on EOP Transformation of Higher Vocational College English Teaching

EOP教学是一种以学生为中心，以职场需求为导向，将公共英语与职业英语相结合的教学理念。高职院校大学英语教学转向EOP教学模式是高职高专英语课程教学目标的要求；是用人单位对复合型人才的需求，也是学生职业能力发展的需求。但EOP教学模式在高职英语教学中的应用需要完善英语课程的设置、开发EOP教材、改革教学方法和评价方法、增加教师行业知识培训，并探索适合EOP教学的整体思路。

EOP teaching and combines the public is a kind English of teaching idea which takes students as the center, the workplace as the guidance with the vocational English. Changing the direction of College English Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges to EOP teaching mode is the requirement of Higher Vocational College English curricu- lum teaching goal ,the demand of compound talents of employing units and also the need of development of students＇ capacity. But the application of EOP teaching mode in the English Teaching in higher vocational colleges needs to perfect English curriculum provision, develop EOP teaching material, reform teaching methods and evaluation meth- ods, increase teachers＇professional knowledge training,and explore suitable overall idea of EOP teaching.
